例文
We have a lot of walking to do tomorrow. Please travel light. （明日はたくさん歩く予定です。必要な物だけ持参して下さい。）
I always travel light, bringing only my little luggage with me. （私はいつも小さい手荷物だけ持参し、身軽に旅行します。）

watch your back
意味
Be careful. Pay attention to people around you.（気をつけて。周りの人に注意を払って。）
例文
Watch your back on the subway especially when it gets too crowded. （地下鉄で混みすぎている時は、気をつけて下さい。）
You have to watch your back when travelling alone in a foreign country. （海外に一人で旅行するときは、気をつけなければならない。）

hit the road
意味
Depart; begin a tour（出発、ツアーを始める。）
例文
Let’s hit the road as soon as the driver arrives. （運転手が到着したらすぐにツアーを始めましょう。）
I’d love to stay longer but it’s really time for us to hit the road. （もっと滞在したいのですが、もう出発する時間です。）
