*Note: You say “Not that I know of” in reply to a yes-no question when you think the answer is in the negative but you are not too sure.
“Not that I know of”はYes/Noクエスチョンの質問に対する答えが否定の際に使いますが、答えに確信があるわけではありません。
2. Are you currently taking any medications?現在何か薬を服用していますか？
Sample answer: I take aspirin once in a while for my headaches.

Sample answer: About once a week. Sometimes twice.

Sample answer: My mother had breast cancer.
回答例：母が乳がんでした。
How old was she when she was diagnosed?
診断されたのはいくつの時ですか？
Sample answer: She died last year. She was 56. I think she was diagnosed three years before her death.
回答例：昨年亡くなりました。５６歳でした。亡くなる３年前に診断されたと思います。
4. Do you do a monthly self-breast examination?

Sample answer: I’m not sure what that is.
回答例：それについてよく知りません。
